Indonesia stands among the world’s top producers of both coffee and cocoa, offering origin character that’s hard to replicate. From the volcanic highlands of Sumatra to the plantations of Sulawesi, we bring these flagship commodities directly to global buyers. Our role is to connect roasters, grinders, and food manufacturers with consistent quality, straight from source.
We’ve built our coffee and cocoa supply chains around direct relationships — with farmers, cooperatives, and processing mills. That means better traceability, clearer specifications, and more predictable volume for our partners.
1. Green Coffee Beans
Indonesian coffee is known for its heavy body, low acidity, and distinct terroir. We offer both robusta and arabica in green bean form, suitable for commercial roasters, instant coffee production, and specialty buyers.
Robusta — Grown largely in Sumatra and Java, our robusta beans deliver the thick crema and high caffeine content that espresso blends and instant coffee manufacturers demand. Available in various screen sizes and grades.
Arabica — Sourced from Gayo (Aceh), Mandheling, Toraja, and Kintamani regions. Each lot is hand-sorted and lab-tested for moisture content and defect count. Ideal for specialty roasters looking for single-origin character or consistent blending stock.
We pack green beans in new jute or grain-pro bags, 60kg each, and can consolidate containers with different origins or grades upon request.
2. Cocoa Beans
Indonesia is the world’s third-largest producer of cocoa, with Sulawesi as the heart of production. Our cocoa beans are fermented and dried to international standards, delivering the deep chocolate flavor and low bitterness that mass-market chocolate makers and industrial grinders look for.
We supply bulk cocoa beans in standardized export bags, with lab analysis provided per lot — including bean count, cut test, moisture, and fat content. For buyers requiring specific fermentation profiles, we work with farmer groups to tailor post-harvest handling.
3. Cocoa Derivatives: Butter & Powder
Beyond raw beans, we offer processed cocoa fractions for industrial use:
Cocoa Butter — Pressed from carefully selected beans, our natural cocoa butter is ideal for chocolate making, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical applications. Consistent melting point and flavor profile.
Cocoa Powder — Available in natural and alkalized versions, with fat content ranging from 10–22%. Used across bakery, confectionery, dairy, and beverage industries. Packed in multi-layer paper bags with inner liner.
